Almond and Pumpkin milk 🥛

Looking to sip in the last bits of fall? 🍂 Look no further! Milk that's good for you, and your body! 



— Soak 1/2 a cup of Almonds 🌰 and 1/2 a cup of Pumpkin seeds 🎃 overnight in 5 cups of water. You can add any sweeteners you'd like, or vanilla protein powder for an extra yummy boost! 




— Pour the contents into your blender and blend until there's a creamy consistency and the seeds and nuts are very fine.




— Using an open mouth jar, strain the contents from the blender into the jar using a cheese cloth or a clean fabric napkin you will use solely for this. 



— Store in the fridge, sealed, for up to 5 days.
I use the leftover bits of seeds and nuts for anything from granola, to feeding the birds! 🐦
