Great now that we have shorter days and cooler times upon us!
This tea aids in decongestion, has anti-inflammatory properties, helps with bloating, stomach aches and head aches, able to be used in the morning as a cleanse and in the evening as a relaxing tea, helps with insomnia.
Start lower then once your stomach and senses are used to it, you can add more equalling eventually to 1tbsp of tumeric. Can add black pepper and more of the other flavourings as you wish.
You can use fresh or powder products.
·1 Tbsp of Tumeric
·1/2 Tbsp of Cinnamon
·1/2 Tbsp of Ginger
·1 Tbsp of Honey šÆ
·Add hot water and stir.
·Add black pepper and lemon for those times serious decongestion is required. š
·Can also add almond milk š°š„ and other flavourings for taste.
